The main production process of lithium battery separator can be divided into two categories: dry process and wet process. The vehicle power battery has large capacity and high safety requirements, which also requires the separator to have higher strength, liquid retention capacity and safe temperature. The dry process can be in the form of multi-layer composite, this kind of separator has many advantages such as structural safety, uniform porosity, good air permeability, good high temperature resistance, etc., fully meets the strict requirements of power lithium batteries, many power battery manufacturers at home and abroad have recognized the separator of this process is the application direction of power lithium batteries.
