Technical Requirements For Lithium Batteries For Electric Bicycles
Mar 17, 2023
1. Maximum speed: should not be more than 20km/h; (Article 58 of the Traffic Law stipulates that the maximum speed of electric vehicles shall not exceed 15 kilometers per hour)
2. Vehicle mass: not more than 40kg (including battery);
3. Pedal driving ability: must have a good pedal riding function, and the pedal distance of 30min should not be less than 7km;
4. Mileage: The mileage after a single charge should not be less than 25km;
5. Maximum riding noise: the noise of the highest speed for electric uniform riding (electric assisted riding at 15km/h~18km/h speed) should not be more than 62dB (A); The power consumption of 100km should not be more than 1.2kW·h;
6. Power consumption per 100 km: electric cycling (electric assisted riding), 100km of electric energy consumption should not be greater than
1.2KWH
7. Motor power: rated continuous output power should not be more than 240W;
8. Braking performance: when riding electrically at the highest vehicle speed (electrically assisted riding at a speed of 20km/h), the dry braking distance should not be more than 4m, and the wet braking distance should not be more than 15m.
